Great build up. It's lovely to see a journey of a relationship, especially one where Buffy and Faith aren't getting on well. The resolution was great.
This story really had everything. There was some angst and a little depression from both of them then the big reveal and a most needed conversation. After all that a happy ending.
One part I really liked was that Buffy still went on her trip. It seemed like the distance really was helpful for both of them even with Faith being pregnant. It seemed that it made them stronger.
