I loved it! I'm not a zombie fan - as i may have said a couple of hundred times already (!) but this is much more than just a zombie fic.
You write Faith's character POV so brilliantly, it's so engorssing... I also aint a huge fan of POV fics but I'm slowly changing my opinion on that front!
This should be a movie! If world war Z(zzzzzz!!!) got made then Omega has to be made, if only to erase that dreadful film from my mind!!

Now I was one of those people who inquired about alt Buffy and yes you sidestepped from answering that query! Keeping us all in suspense and then throwing it out there! Like your style!
So the story thus far is totally and utterly doing its predecessor full justice!
No need to rehash what you have already so brilliantly conveyed in Flowers... So I'm not in agreement with the feedback that suggests its rushed... The pace is right on the money!
I have high hopes for this one... Your fault for being a writing genius! But also because I'm realllllllly intrigued to find out how you will approach the emotional journey this Buffy is gonna go thru when she meets evil faith, and how or if she's gonna embark on a relationship with her!
I predict exciting times ahead!

I like how I'm getting to understand the other faith through this Buffy... I don't know if that was your desired effect but by getting to know this Buffy I'm understanding her relationship with the other faith much much more than I originally thought! I don't know if that makes sense but I know what I mean!
The Buffy faith meeting was really quite emotional... Really well written and believable ( to me anyway!) their interaction when the put their palms on the window separating them got me right 'ere! (pointing at my heart!)
I'm totally invested in this story of yours and very much look forward to where you take us next!

In fact none of the languages i know have the words to cover how i feel! But for the sake of my own sanity, in simplistic terms.., it's fucking amazing! I am so blown away by your talent! You should be doing this professionally! In fact I will only advocate a Buffy movie or reprise if you write it!
You definitely make my Fridays special... I don't know how i'll cope when this story concludes... I know nothing lasts forever but fuffy Fridays a la aliceinwonderbra can't end! You must put all life plans on hold and never deprive us of your genius! Lol!
Basically your stories blow my mind!! I actually like this one more that flowers (and you know how much I loved that!)..you are definitely meeting the high expectations.. In fact beyond!

EEEEEK!!! Things aren’t gonna go as swimmingly as one would like it to! But I guess this Faith is not Buffy's Faith and that 'evil/grey' side to this Faith was bound to come out sooner or later.

It's original and also a little familiar as we know Amy and her history with magic. Making it believable.
I'm loving the interaction between Buffy and Faith, I was worried for a moment in the last chapter but I knew... wait, had faith, that I needn't worry cos the almighty Alice is steering this magnificent ship and I'm on board til your very last word! Oo that sounds a bit morbid... last word of your chapter/story I mean!!!

I know you aren't doing a season 7 rewrite or at least I don't believe it's your intention, but this is almost like an alternate s7 and I L O V E it!!
I love the way Buffy is around Faith, you write it so freakin well I wanna cry! In a good way! Faith has always been my 'preferred' slayer but I'm really falling for your Buffy! Scratch that I've fallen! I can't get over how much my opinions have changed after reading your fics! You've opened my eyes to things I never really thought about! Not complaining by the way, I'm just fascinated by it all!
i hope you are getting a load of awe(s) from your girlfriend by now! I'm gonna throw you one for safe measure!
i love that Tara is in this too... Her character deserved so much more development and I is glad you have incorporated her in this fic! She's got that knack of seeing/sensing things that others don't and you encapsulate that so beautifully, without forcing it.
The really amazing thing that you have managed to pull off (for me at least!) is that 6 chapters in and there's been no fuffy goodness in the sense of them getting it on, but I'm really okay with it! The plot is so effing good that it actually makes sense why it hasn't happened yet... I trust that if and when it happens it'll be perfectly timed and be done with full conviction and be fully justified! Wow there was a whole lotta fullness there! But I reckon you get what I mean?! Fuffy goodness is all well and good but to actually have an original and engrossing plot is not something I witness a whole lot of... Can probably count on one hand how many actually well developed fuffy fics I've read and three of them are your fics you crazyily talented genius!

For all intents and purposes, I guess it is a Season 7 re-write. No pressure there because it can't be much worse than the show! Plus, as you say, we've still got Tara, so obviously that improves the season tremendously. :p I promise more overt Fuffy goodness is coming your way. I like the subtle moments between them just as much as the bigger ones. I'm pleased you like the plot too! I hope I do it justice, because for me the plot is always secondary to their relationship. :p
