Anonymous Reviews
Due to copious amounts of spam flooding the reviews, the ability to leave anonymous reviews has been turned off. If you read something here and really loved it, please consider creating an account and letting the author know!
The spam issue is a symptom of a larger problem, which is that C2 and archives like it are all running on a very old platform called efiction. There is only so much tinkering that can be done to improve the existing site. A new version of efiction has been in the works for a very long time without coming to fruition. It's under new leadership now, so I hope that we may see some updates in 2023 which I'll integrate here.
While we wait, my commitment to the C2 authors, reviewers, and visitors is that I'll keep the lights on here as long as that's feasible. I'll do what I can to remove/block spam from making it into reviews, and to respond to any support messages that come through. There may come a point where it's no longer feasible to keep the site up and running due to issues with the platform. If we get there, I'll let you know. Additional category added to story info
Authors, we added the ability to categorize your story as pre-series, belonging to one of the seasons, or post-chosen. Please use this option when adding, so that readers can search by time point if they'd like. We've added this for all of the stories that mentioned the info in their summary.
To add in future, use the 'Category Options' box. The Buffy/Faith, non-shipped, and Other Ships options are now under Relationships. To add the ship, click Relationships, and wait for the options to populate. Choose the one you want and use the arrow to move it to 'Selected Categories' as usual.
To add a season, click Season and wait for the options to populate. Choose the one you want and use the arrow to move it to 'Selected Categories' as you did for your ship. You can choose more than one if you need to.
