Again, bad reviewer. Read this fic in its entirety -- it got me through a couple of v boring train rides, as well as the commute to work for like, 2 weeks... Thank you for alleviating my boredom and providing me with a balance of fluff and drama!
Enjoyed the flashback and pov format, it's kept the pace. Clearly a story you're enjoying writing, this comes across on page and it feels like your characters are really consistent.
I did find the fact they haven't worked a little strange though -- surely they'd be super bored?! That jarred with me a little as Buffy has taken such a step back from the day to day slaying... That's just me though.

That was a really rough chapter, from Willow's pain, to Faith's, and then that final scene. Ouch. :( I'm nervous for what's in store next.
I hate Kennedy with the passion of a thousand suns. Not because of this, I just mean in general. So maybe I'm biased, but it feels oddly in character for her to act like this. :p
Just to show you I'm not a one trick pony tho, I totally hate Faith here too. She is way off base in how she talked to Buffy. Wanted to kick her.
Great chapter. I loved how they were totally melting down over Matthew starting school. I would have been pissed at some random dude for asking about the parentage of my kid too. That's really intrusive and over the line. Did I miss this in the previous chapter... Wondering if they work?
You know, I think I'm with Faith on the dog thing. Yes, he ate the dinner and he destroys stuff, and makes a nuisance of himself in most ways but... he's a family member! D': They can't get rid of him! It's just wrong!
I liked the touch about Faith needing to be held after having sex. It's very sweet and really illustrates their emotional connection. :)
Salix! Okay, let me be honest. Baby and/or kid fics usually make me run in the opposite direction, hence why I have never read this before. But I happened to click on your latest chapter (linking your update on twitter) and I liked what I saw. It seems like the B/F relationship still remains important, and I'm intrigued by the idea of watching their relationship grow and change throughout the years. So I figured I better start from the beginning and see what other goodness you've got stashed in here! :D
The prologue moves fast, setting the scene for what's to come. I really liked Faith's speech to Buffy. No immediate psycho meltdown, just very honest, very hurt why would you do it? It was very effective. I'm excited to see where it goes from here.
