omgosh. The ending really made me laugh. Am enjoying your fics & have noticed several unfinished. Hope you’ll complete them.
Aww, I loved it ^^ Especially the humor, it came off as very natural which is always a good thing. Your Buffy was spot on too, and totally adorkable, even if some times I kinda want to sit her down and be like "come on, B, you know Faith's all that, who are you kidding?" :) So glad Jake was so understanding in the end. Everyone should know not to stand in the way of the fuffy!
As for what you write next, well, I'm HIGHLY biased in favor of Walk the Line, but of course you should write whatever you have the inspiration for. I'm pretty much 110% certain I'll read whatever you write :D
Author's Response:Hey Imrryr! So happy you liked it. :) I think we've all wanted to sit Buffy down from time to time and smack - I mean talk - some sense into her in regards to Faith. Luckily, she was able to do it on her own this time around. :p
I'll add your vote to the Walk The Line column; I think that one is currently winning at the moment. :)
Thanks again for reading! :)
Amazing one shot. You write well, that's what made this so likable. The story itself was, imo, fairly standard fair. But your dialouge and how you made it play just made it something truly fun. Thanks for that.
As to suggestions on what to write next... well I'm definatelly partial to your novel length master pieces. Sleight of Hand and After the Fall are the ones that come to mind most readily
I really liked the mix of romance, action, and psychological tension. My vote is to do something that includes those themes.
Love to see you back :)
Author's Response:Thanks SixP! Glad you liked it :) I needed a place to start again, and this was what my muse decided on. Here's hoping she'll let me focus on something already in-progress next. I don't want to add any more unfinished stories to my pile! lol Thanks again for reading :)
I really enojoyed this. You always make it seem so effortless. your writing that is. You bring the good stuff :)
And I agree with T, your writing has defintely matured. It makes it a joy to read. Your Buffy is as good as always, and the funnies come without it looking like you're trying too hard. Your Fuffy will always make me smile but I'd read pretty much anything you did (and that's not me just being biased, honest) :p
Full of great lines, subtle sexiness, and sweet resolution.
- "What? Stab good. Stab always good!" -
Thank you for sharing this, and I vote for more Walk The Line :D
xxx
Author's Response:Thank you, boo. :) And thank you for always sitting through my endless fic jabbering and plotting, even when you're trying to do stuff. I know I drive you bonkers but you're always patient and helpful, and I appreciate that more than I appreciate pics of your bewbs. Whaaaaaat? :p
That was a dirty lie. Moar bewb pics please. :D

BEST EASTER GIFT!
Really excited you're back writing, and if I may, would *love* to see another chapter of Walk the Line S2. It's serendipity that I just finished re-reading s1 :-)
Author's Response:It's exciting to be back, Red! I don't have a solid plan on what's next but I think Walk The Line might be winning my muse's attention. Here's hoping she'll stick around for while! Thanks a bunch for your feedback :)
*tearing up* It's so good to see you again. These are happy tears, I swear!
This was great. Short and sweet and perfect. Jake is hereby dubbed "St. Guy" and it is hilarious that, even after two years, Buffy still manages to be shocked that Faith would boldly go...OMG, what next? You're giving us *options*?? Man, I'm like a beggar at Christmas -- I'll take whatever I can get!
I really liked what you started with Chase the Moon and would love to see you really get that one going, BUT you know how I feel about Walk The Line (I certainly gushed enough all over FF.net) and you opened up some really interesting plot lines with Season Two, and I would love to see where those go, too.
Of course, if you want to keep feeding me these delightful little one-shots, I could still die happy, so I guess whatever idea gets your juices going works for me!
Wait, um...
Author's Response:Cris! I'll cry happy tears with you! Though right now, mine are because I'm home alone and am thus not required to wear pants or a bra. Ahh, the good life. :p
I'm so happy you enjoyed the story. :) I'm not sure what's next yet, but I think I've been feeling some Walk The Line urges, so more of that may be along soon! Until then, thanks so much for reading and for reviewing. I appreciate it more than I can say. :)
Ms. Jerklectra, I waited all week for this, half fearing you'd disappear on Thursday, half daring to hope you'd post, and... you did not let me down! I loved this! :) (Can you believe my phone just typed a wink there? It has a crush on your phone. They're becoming self-aware. We may have a Skynet situation on our hands).
This was sweet and fun. The repetition of the 'thing I will only let you do if I'm drunk' was funny and so realistic. That is the kind of crap real life people do--to such an extent that you made me sad in my little single singleton life, and now you owe me more fic. :D I liked that they stuck to their agreement for the most part instead of Buffy being a two-timer. It felt realistic to them and in character. I liked that there was no angsty, but now I don't want you because I'm doing xyz part, and they just got together. V had one line and I liked it. Kennedy had none (or if she did, I blocked them out). I liked that even more. :p
You already know my vote, which is for another one-shot. Or like five one-shots.*Tosses some steak in the closet* Get working, girl! :D
Author's Response:Haha! I'll be honest, I did not rule out disappearing after day two of writing! What can I say? I'm lazy and incorrigible. So thank you for pertering me to finish. I'm glad I stuck with it this time. :)
Also, your phone is a filthy whore! Pour some bleach on that thing! :p
Kennedy did not have any lines, you're right, but you'll be happy to know she stars in 11 of my next 12 intended fics. Don't worry, they're gonna be good. ;)
Thanks for reading and for the encouragement, friend. I appreciate the steak. Most people only throw tomatoes at me. :p
I loved it!
It's always a nice ending when Buffy comes to her senses and realizes that she wants to be with Faith and not anyone else. Also really enjoyed Faith telling Buffy exactly how she felt and then backed off. So grown up of her!
I don't care which fic you work on next as long as there's something else to be posted soon! I need something to read while pretending to supervise. :D
Author's Response:Thanks you, Hayley! I'm a sucker for a grown up Faith. Especially when Buffy realizes how badly she wants her. :D
I'll keep writing so long as my muse is around. Not sure what's next but I'll keep hammering away until the words run out. :p Thanks for reading!! :)
I liked it.
I felt sorry for Faith though. Buffy always seems to put people through hell while she figures stuff out.
Self aware, she is not.
Good characterization for both of them. i especially liked the way Faith seems more adult, without losing her essential faith-ness.
Bravo.
Author's Response:Thanks, Azirahael. You're right, Buffy has a tendency to do that, at least in fic. I think it's a way a lot of writers show that Faith has grown, because there's Buffy making odd decisions or being indecisive or flights, and there's Faith, steadfast and patient. Definitely a sign of her growing maturity. And I do love me some mature Faith! :p
Thanks so much for reading and sending along your thoughts. I appreciate it :)
Great to have you back. Excellent characterization as always. Looking forward to more :)
Author's Response:Thank you! Feels good to be posting again. :) I appreciate your taking the time to read and review! :)
WELCOME BACK! so nice to see a story from you! loved this. how about ALL of them? would have to go back and read walk the line season two again but that wouldn't be a hardship :). anything u write will be worth reading.
Author's Response:Thanks, Madison! Feels good to be back. :) I don't know how long my muse will stick around for but I'll strike while the iron is hot and try to get as much done as I can. I just posted another one-shot but I think I'll work on something in-progress next. Thanks for reading!!! :)
this was so fun, and sweet. it made me chuckle several times. I especially liked the part about adults knowing when to let go. and thanks for the no angst.
Author's Response:Thanks for reading, riterevrenzee! You know me - I don't pull off angst too well. It makes me sad and I have to fix it immediately! lol. So glad you enjoyed it :)
I loved reading this!!! I missed your writing and I'm so glad you got this completed. You and AliceInWondrbra updating in the same week! It's like Christmas. When can I get the next one? *greedy
I don't know how to write this review. I'm not as good with composing my thoughts as you writers. Anyway, I'll try my best to tell you how I felt as I read.
It felt like there was something tugging at my heart as I slowly scrolled through the browser. I kept looking at how small the scroll button (it's size was inversely proportional to the length of the story). I was scared it was gonna end soon, and that you were going to break my heart.
At first, I thought b and f were already together. But the unfolding was so suspenseful that I feared for much heartache. I loved not knowing what will happen. I loved the tone of the story, and the way that Faith and Buffy interacted. I'm not gonna comment about the plot. Don't wanna spoil others. I liked it a lot :)
Your writing felt so familiar, and at the same time it seems different... more realistic, mature. Yet you haven't lost the humor and lightness. Crap I'm so bad at words.
I loved it. Is that enough? Write another? Please.
Author's Response:And I love that you read it, little Topak! It feels good to post something new after all this time. :) Now we need to gang up on Alice more so she can keep posting and making us all happy. :D
I'm super happy you enjoyed the fic. It was longer than I'd planned and I probbaly rambled on a bit, but I had to start somewhere to get my writing juices flowing again. :p
Thanks for reading, lady. I appreciate your feedback and support. :)
