See this i like to see, a deeper layer to FAith, her bravado of sexyness and not caring was always just a cover a ruse to get through life, not show weakness

Heck even as a fan you could feel that bond between these two, even if Buffy wouldn't acknowledge it she had a connection with Faith that went deeper than just the slayer thing. Her and Kendra didn't have it and her and the baby slayers certainly didn't have it.

Why else would it have been so alluring to join Faith in the whole want take have.

I can just see Faith doing that dead run all the way to the hotel. nothing like hope to carry your feet like that. and awesmoeness that Buffy saw her adn made that decision to turn around.

And well you ended on a Faith-ism that sealed the deal for me :-)

Well, Thank you so very much.  I am thrilled to hear something on anything I write.  It's so quiet in here, although it has been 20 years.  I watched the anniversary set and just had a renewed zest for the chars.... and of course I've went with it.    I was beginning to wonder if anyone would say anything, ever... so I think I kinda owe you head or something, lol... Seriously, it doesn't take much just to keep us  going, posting, so I really appreciate it.  This was an older fic posted on yahoo grps, way back when.... I do have alot of new stuff in the works though.  A few posted already... ie... time and regrets, first on base, cookie, book of the dead, kakistos, in dreams, house of luv, hellion and a few others on my storyboard.  Anyway... thank you so much... this has excited me enough to go work on a couple new ones and try to beta a couple old ones for post...
